Charged CC without reason

I Win Whitening has illegally charged my CC for the amt. Of $88.97; I had ordered their trial which I paid $4.99 for, I had no contract. I have disputed with CC several times to no avail; I have since canceled that CC. They are just crooks as I see it.

They cotacted me through email and promised a trial for $1.03 and promised to never debit my account again. The next day they charged and one week later then 2 weeks later
