Resolution ordered on internet for sample only, 2 wks. Later was debited $ 87.95, no way to get in touch, phone always busy like disconnect signal

Ordered ACAI RESOLUTION on the internet for sample only 1-16 & on 1-28 was debited $87.95, never gave them o.K. For this. Have tried calling and only get busy signal like phone has been diconnected. Finally found info on internet from phone company help. NEVER found any email info to contact them.
