After signing up we went to the sites directed. Tried to copy & print his documents to be sent as advertisment, e-mails to increase dental pt's. They would not copy properly, print correctly, graphics would not print. Never was sent a welcome packet which they say must be sent back to qualify for the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. He has also said we didn't use the system enough to qualify for MBG.
Ad stated you'd be billed in 2 payments they placed it all on the 1st charge. Was told someone from tech support would contact us to help with problem never happened. Pat Necerato doesn't want to give the money back he wants us to sign up again & promises to have support call us. Right.
He now tells us all these rules & regulations you have to follow in order to get your money back. He is playing games. I also don't believe anyone really works in this company except him. It's always the same man who answers and says Pat Necerato doesn't come in the office. He also seems to be the person that is tech support, but he doesn't really know anything.
