My account charged but never recieved items

I ordered Pur Triple Berry and was told i would be charged 3.95 for the shipping and handling. I never recieved the item. I tried contacting the company and the number that shows on my checking account just says that the mail box is full and i should contact customer service but there is no number for customer service nor is there an email address.

When i ordered the stuff i ordered COLOGENIX but the billing came up with this:
Tripple Berry 2495 S. Tirling Rd. #20 866 870-0692FL nothing more. It says if you don't cancel then they will charge your account 85.00 but there is no one to call to cancel because no one answeres the phone and i am terrified that they are going to continue to charge my account.
