Rip off company

I ordered the free trial - pay $3.88. I never received the trial sample. My debit card was charged $3.88 on 1/15/09 and on 1/16/09 for $87.13. I have never received anything from this company and I ordered this product in the middle of December. If something is not done immediately, I will have my attorney go forward with a legal action toward this company.
