I made a report before and this is just an update that the facility has just been inspected by the state board of health. Manor care scored out of a "5" being the best score, a measily "1!"
That should tell you something. The food has gotten worst. I was informed: they went to a doctors appt before lunch and when they got back in the afternoon about 2 P.M., their lunch tray was still in the room. The fat on the chili was a sheet of yellow grease on top of it.
For Thanksgiving the family members brought them a homecooked thanksgiving meal and put their name on it. The next day it turns up missing, even though it was placed in the patient refrigerator.
If you are a long time "conscious" patient, intend for a long time of "hell on earth especially if you have color."
I have been to this facility.
