I too ordered the 14-day trial. The system for using it sucks - the trays are pathetic and it is cumbersome and complicated. Consequently I gave up after the first try, so I don't even know if the gel actually works.
I was stunned to receive a follow-up shipment of two more tubes of gel, and yes, I was charged $88.97 for this. I called and was told that this automatic membership was written in the fine print, and that in order to return the product and get my money back, I had to email support and get an RMA number. I had already cancelled my "membership" and they basically said, "too bad, so sad" about getting my money back — it's written in the fine print. So I emailed them back and said I would write nasty letters about them, so here I am.
So here's the deal: don't order from them. As I said, they rely on people like myself to not follow through and to cancel; and although their website says you can return the product within 15 days for a full refund, obviously, I am getting the runaround so that my 15-day period will expire so they can keep the $88.97 dollars I spent for nothing! Don't support this deceptive and manipulative behaviour— and tell all your friends!
