I saw the ad for Dermitage on MSN. There was a small box that read free trial offer $5.99 and free shipping. When I saw the bill a 1 1/2 months later I was in shock. Dermitage said they sent me at the time a confrirmation, that was not true.in small print the whole thing about sending it back after 2 weeks was not to be seen in the original ad. I disputed it on my visa chase card and the representive from Chase said it said on the add that the price of of the item was not guaranteed, meaning when they advertised $5.99 trial offer there was a disclaimer that stated (in small print somewhere, I personally never read it) dermitage could raise the price indiscriminatley at their discretion.
My response to the Chase Representitive was (its all documented) if they advertise at 5.99 and they can bill me for 1 million dollars because they would not "guarentee" the price Please report this Co. This was really a fraud. I was billed $108. They originally told me that they would lower the fee to $50.00 but now they said its to late. To late for what..
