After becoming a member of a totally free test on 11/3/08 for 2 products and paying the shipping charges that I agreed to pay within 14 days I was charged $38.95 and $39.95. I tried many times to phone and was unsuccessfull since I didn't wish to remain on store for 73 units. I eventually got through and could stop the account and obtain a return authorization number #CL112608 for purchase figures 1513572 and 1513648. Both items were delivered back 1/25/08. I've not obtained my reimbursement as of 1/2/09. I sent the assistance website and required extra information. I obtained a solution this am declaring they've not obtained the return and need the following # - at virtually no time was I advised to obtain a tracking #. This really is this type of fraud! Could you need to do something?
