Sfl Nutrition I ordered trail of Acai Berry. The product did not work. I email to stop shipment and I call however they still shipped product. I was billed 88.92. Boca Raton

I ordered the trail offer of Acai Berry. The product did not work. I email and called the company to cancel the order. I got no response from email and I was on hold for 30 minutes. I was billed $88.62. I am still trying to return product.
