I ordered a "free" sample on November 10th and received that sample on November 26th. When I received the sample and it had absolutely no information with it, I grew concerned. I then checked back at the original website (https://www.acaiberrymaxx.com/orders/cart) and found all the fine print about the additional fees and memberships that I would be automatically enrolled in if I did not cancel. I immediately called the number that was listed (1-888-542-2111) and listened to a message that told me to please email service@fxsupplements if I needed to cancel or if I had any questions. I emailed my request to cancel and asked for a return address and RMA # to send the Acai Berry Maxx sample back to them. I never received a response.
On 12/5/08, while checking my bank account I noticed a $79.95 charge from IQEstores.com. My immediate thought was FXsupplements.
I then searched online and found usacomplaints. Coms and realized that I had been scammed and no one would be contacting me from FXsupplements.
I called my bank and had them block my card and issue a new number. I also disputed the charge with my bank, so we'll see if they will be able to get anywhere with that.
I hope more people will check usacomplaints.com before they order anything online.
