After being referred to this dentist by my fiance, I learned to refer to others. This dentist has made me think twice about who I see in the medical field.
They are master minipulators when it comes to billing. Proposed treatment plans - no use at this dentist's office. They are pointless because you will end up with a bill for hundreds upon hundreds leading to thousands of dollars in extra's.
My experience has been absolutely humiliating to be a blue collar, hard working every day citizen. I pay my bills, I work every day, I take care of my family. I contribute to society. I have insurance (lots of good it did me in this case).
They will find any way possible to squeeze every last penny they possibly can. Thinking about my experience makes me physically sick. They are completely dishonest.
My lesson - I will be very careful from now on. There are high quality, caring professionals in the medical field as well as other industries. They are the people who deserve my business.
