They charged my banking account for 2 purchases after I requested once. It creates me disappointed they required an additional $107.50 from me when without my agreement. I named the organization and was on-hold for 1 &1/2 hrs (90 minutes awaiting there customer support repetition but I'd to-go after this time and so I was not able to talk to them. I called again plus they stated there's a 56-minute waiting-time to talk to customer support.
