With this company, you have to get an RMA # or they will automatically charge your account, in this case around $90.00. I called the phone # given and got all circuits busy, called att, not their #, called a # on the envelope, again cannot get through. I am going to have to pay the bank 30.00 just to make sure they do not have automatic acess to my bank account. Do not order this product through this company, there is no way to return, and stop future charges on your account, they will not accept any returns without the RMA #, I have spent over 7 hours trying to get through with no sucess.
I feel this is a rip off to be able to automatically charge your account and unless we pay for a stop payment they can do it.
