Charging my credit card without my permission

I requested products from their list after which they began getting 29.99 monthly on my charge card. After I named them-they stated I decided to a medical program. I've Kaiser and Medicare aso I'd never accept another medical strategy when I am well-covered. It has been happening ince July.
