I too have been ripped off by this company. I ordered the "free bottle", asked not to be included in future shipments.
Yesterday I received an additional package that I did not order. Called my credit card company and was told I had been charged two different charges by these rip off artists, $78.89, and $84.79. The phone number does not work. It is 800-3200038. There was no paper work in the original package, with the exception of advertisment with no names or addresses. I have not opened the second shipment and do not intend to. All will be mailed back to these animals.
