I requested a refund of a product that was sent during a "10 day trial" period while I was out of state grieving the loss of my daughters unborn child with her. My white teeth were not exactly of the highest priority.
When I requested a refund, explaining that I needed the money for the unexpected trip out of state, I received back a generic email response stating that no refund would be granted. I did not contact them in the alloted 10 days and therefore they would not accept the return nor refund the money.
I called the customer service department and was told the same thing. Asking to speak to a supervisor, I was told I would receive the same answer, "no refund".
Not to wish anything as tramatic as what my family is going through on anyone, I find it down-right horrible that the lack of human compassion in this company causes such a cold, unfeeling response.
I will also write to the BBB and Attorney Generals Office in Boulder Colorado of this.
