Location: North Miami Beach. They sell a dental plan that should cover a basic dental cleaning, but they decide without your concent that you need a perio maintenance for $120.00 more and refuse to honor the basic cleaning. I went to their office and was charge a $40.00 cancellation fee for refusing to acceptthe perio maintenance. Very poor service.
