Me again, it is day 2 and after numerous calls to katsur emergency# still no return call, this child has to be very careful about what she is eating and how she brushes her teeth, besides not cutting into her cheek or roof of her mouth with the broken wire... Now i know you are thinking why not go to ER well ER wont touch her because they didn't do the work all they will do is cut the wires outl, which has already been done with the broken piece that wasn't attached, not by the person who put the braces on but her dad... (which is what he was supposed to do) according to papers given and reports on computer... Only the broken piece was removed not the braces... Now since 11am yesterday and it 10 am today it has been almost 24 hrs since this happened and still no call back, and they know what the problem is because you have to state the reason for your call... So tell me is this a way to run a business, or is this just showing ppl that they don't care once the work is done... Which by the way the work isn't done she still has a lot of work to be done... Which is making us do some serious rethinking...
