Dear: Rip-Off
The reason why I'm getting in contact with you is, beacuse I had some dental work completed by Dr. Meyers, who at the time was a dentist for katsur Associates. Dr Meyers did not complete a root canal several years ago, and durning the week of 3-6, I had a large abcess in the roof of mouth, which caused me to call off work and seek emergency dental care on 3-7.
I had to see a root canal specialist, who took x-rays and provided care for the abcess, Dr. Gary B. Schultz, stated that the cause of the abcess and severe pain was due to a unfinish root canal. Dr. Schultz stated that he is willing to discuss info with Katur, if they have any concerns.
I have a copy of the x-rays. I did contact Katsur Dental, they stated that they would only riemburse me the co-payment of $120, which at the time I had dental Insurance. I just started a new job and my benifits have not started yet, causing me to pay by cash for the emergency dental service. I want reimburse for the $75 emergency visit, the medication $25.85, the day of work i missed, and for the dental work i need. If the work was completed right, i wouldn't be in this situation. I think it is very unprofessional. Thank You
