Won't return check

A box of Serenity Sleep therapy drugs were delivered to my pharmacy COD. The pharmacist was on vacation, so I asked the techs if it had been ordered. They said they had heard the pharmacist talking about it on the phone, so I paid the COD. When she got back, she said she didn't order the drugs. So I called the number and was told to return the drugs and they would send my check back. Sent the drugs back but the check was not returned. Now when I call I always have to leave a message and never get a return call. I was scammed. Linda, WV
