I ordered a trial bottle of acai berry from iwin herbal for $5.99. That was o.K. The next thing i know, im sent two more bottles and my credit card is charged $88.97!!! I tried and tried the toll free number, but no one would pick up. I emailed the address i was supposed to and got no response. It says in their ad that if you send back a package without their authorization number on the outside of the package that it WILL be REFUSED!
I finally got ahold of someone on the phone after the second email. He told me i had to use the email and please be patient!!! The third email i sent came back with address unknown!!!
I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and pray that i get a refund. I didn't even know about this site, i just stumbled on it and can not beleive all the other people who have been scammed be this company. They need to pay people back and then be shut down!!!
