I ordered this free trial size of acai cleanse for 5.99 plus 1.00 for so clalled carrying charege. I was ok with that. The off said i had 14 days to try the product. Within a couple of days after receiving the product, i attempt to contact the company to stop the value autoship program as instructed.
Well, that is the beginning of my problems. The website note on the stop nstructions was not up yet, how convenient, the phone number give, would go unanswered and the contact name on te package was not same on the order form.
So i went to my bank to stop furture payments to this company since i could not contact them and lo and behold there was a different name that the original 6.99 was credited to. So i went on line and found many people complaining like i am now and i received an e-mail for some acai selling company telling me that my value autoship program was stopped.
Boy was i glad, or so i thought. Two days ago i received two bottles of this stuff and thanks for the auto order and that i can cancel at any time just follow the instructions.
Well, i go to my bank account and see that i've been charged 88.99 by some health company, not the acai nor colonex people i had warned the bank to be alert for on my account. Well i called the number on the instruction sheet which came with the order and after many many minutes of holding on, i finally spoke to a real person and told him about all of this. He was not sympathetic. He just told me that was not him and i had to pay but that my orders woul stop.
Well enough of my venting cna you help me. I did write him another nasty e-mail but i know i'm wasting my time with him.
