Buyer beware!!!
This company makes big boosts regarding their unconditional guarantee. They say:
"You can "test drive" Freederm HC cream for a FULL 30 days totally risk-free (if it doesn't work, you won't pay a cent)." and, "And after 30 full days, if you're not absolutely convinced this is the most effective and fast-acting cream you've ever tried, then I insist you send the jar back to us (even if it's empty) for an quick 100% refund."
Even though I called on the 26th day they did not honor this guarantee. Upon return request, they refer you to someone who isn't a doctor to review your application which wastes a day. Then they say the policy is that product must me in their office no later than the 30th day from the date of purchase. Too bad for you if it took a week to get to you and you better make sure it gets to them by that date other wise, too bad again.
Apparently, "after 30 full days" doesn't really mean 30 full days.
Their online advertisement is extremely misleading and takes advantage of consumers who are seeking help.
