My complaint is that after having ordered the 14 day Free Trial Bottle of ColonSmart I did not receive the free bottle so I e-mailed the customer support and explained due to poor service I was cancelling any/all further shipments of their product and advised that my bank had already been nofitied of their company's name and bad reputation per usacomplaints.com and they were not to access my bank account for any amount at this time. Several days later I did in fact receive two separate packages with bottles I assumed were Colon Smart but did return them unopened as of this very AM. I feel they handled their customer service in a very poor manner. If I did not receive the initial bottle of their product in a timely manner to try it, how could I even make an informed decision whether to accept further shipments. Also they are unreachable by phone as one only gets the voice mail message referring one right back to the website to cancel, questions, or any other service. No response was ever sent to me on my initial e-mail cancelling any/all further shipments.
