They charged me 39.99 each for two bottles of colon smart cleanse and did this after I had canceled my order

I canceled my order for colon smart cleanse but was still sent 2 bottles at 39.99 each and charged without my permission. When I went to their site to RECANCEL the site was underconstruction. Both their home site and their cancel sites were under construction.
