In May I bought a Tanning Package for 20 tans from Tantaztic located at 400 Newark St. Hoboken, NJ 07030 (201)-386-0255 for 20 Tans. Before the sales person talked me into this product I specifically asked the sales associate if there was an expiration date on this product. I asked this question because I normally don't go tanning that often and buying this many would be difficult for me to use. The sales person said that there was NO expiration date. I came back a few times after I bought this package and used some of my tans.
When I came back to use my remaining tans in May I was told that they have expired since it has been more then a year. I pointed out to the sales associate that I spoke to someone in this store who told me that there would be no expiration date. She told me it was store policy and there was nothing she could do besides discuss with her owner/manager. I pointed to the fact that on my receipt there is no mention of ANY expiration date, or for that matter anywhere posted in the store or website for anyone to see. When I spoke with the manager she said the same thing and has not resolved this issue to my satisfaction.
