Parker & Associates signed my elderly mother, who suffers from dementia and is in assissted living, to a drug policy with Evercare without any knowledge to her family. I take care of my mother's needs and bills and was unaware of this policy. My mother has no clue who these people are.
My mother has been left without her diabetic supplies because of the ignorance of this company. She was already enrolled with another company and, as of this week has been cut off her supplies and medications. Parker & Associates will need to pay our out-of-pocket expenses for their negligence.
Shame on those who take advantage of and prey on the elderly for profit and leave them without the comfort of medications.
