Out of business but still trying to deduct from my checking account! La jolla

United Health Benifits is out of business or operating under another name. Their contact numbers and email address no longer work. I contacted the number for their prescription program and they tell me there have been many calls with my same questions. They continue to try to deduct money from my account.
