I too have fallen victim to this wu yi tea scam. I have called but I've not actually spoken to a person, {recordings}. At this point I am out 4 unauthorized charges of $19.95 each that keeps showing up every month even after several emails to stop these charges. I contacted my bank and they said i need to cancel my credit card and apply for a new one because they {wu yi tea} will continue to charge me.
