I have read some of the reports from mis-fortunate customers. I have worked as a customer representative for one of the top 3 cellphone companies. I understand the problems that companies can have with incompetent or inexperienced representatives in front of computers. I have seen it before around me and had to correct other representatives mistakes. I don't work for the cellphone co. Anymore. I'm back to work on computers and networking. I too have ordered WUYI source tea. Living Lean subscription is second half of placing your free order, i know to look for things like this, so i was able to catch it before it went into it. It looks like you are completing your free order but your on the living lean setup. I closed the page. I only received my tea and they setup your account for automatic delivery when you ask for your free sample. You have to cancel before date mentioned in disclosure. The problems I've read on complaints sounds like the same mishaps you get from representatives who didn't know how to close out the accounts, double clicking on charges due to slow computer or internet at company. Just wanted to say I understand both side of stories, but I'm not having any problems with WuYi source tea. I guess I'm cautious from representative side knowledge to look for these things.
