I ordered vanity 6 month supply on Feb 14 which cost 199.95 plus shipping. It was supposed to be delivered by usps priority mail, which I expected to receive my order in at most two weeks. But I still haven't receive anything. I emailed them twice but did not get any answer back from them.
I called their 800 service line, but was told they only took new orders (how can they just take money without shipping products???). They gave me a customer service number 219-661-1875, I tried this number twice during their business hours but no one answered the phone. I left message but get no call back.
Now I just want my money back. I'm going to dispute through my credit card company. Very disappointed and don't understand how can their website still there and they can still running in US?
