I went to Innovative Aesthetis 4/20, I was verbally promised that the Lipo Disolve procecss would take inches from my outer thighs and smooth the apperance. I paid $2000.00 for a series of six shots. The shots were painful but not untolerable.
After the series of 6 shots I saw no difference. I went back to them and said I was unsatisfied, at that time the Medical Director who was very rude to me said that I should not have had the process done on that area to begin with. I asked then why on earth was the results promised to me then in the first place, no answer was given. They then offered me 3 more series of the shots and I tried it again.
I still have seen no results and am very unsatisfied. I expressed my unsatisfaction and they said I signed all kinds of forms saying they do not guarentee anything, However they can not produce these documents. They also said they had before pictures but funniest thing, no before pictures were taken of me.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am still looking for a full refund. I would like to save others the money and the time and pain.
