On 3/6 $69.83 was deducted from my checking account due to a charge by HERBAL MIND that I did not authorize on my visa bank card! Now my bank tells me I have to wait for it to clear befor they will investigate the fraud. HERBAL MIND told me that the person who handles these issuses was out sick today and couldnt do anything about it. My bank account is now over drawn and im going to be assessed overdraft fees on top of everything else. NOW WHAT DO I DO WAIT THE 7 TO 10 DAYS LIKE THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE TO GET ANYTHING RESOLVED! (the bank that is who knows about HERBAL MIND)
