I tried the free trial; so far it cost me almost $200!
I ordered the tea that I paid for $37. (and they say it is a Free Trial!!!) Then I noticed on my bank's statement LivingLean charged me $19.95/ month. Because of that charge my bank charged me $70 fee. I called LivingLean and I asked why they charged me $19.95? And first of all, who they are? They said it's a membership that I signed up for when I ordered the Wu-Yi tea and I didn't cancelled on time. I said fine; my mistake, it happens. I cancelled on the phone right away with a total loss of $89.95.
Then I noticed I got charged $54.95 after a month. Hm. And of course I got charge $70 by my bank.
I called my bank and I ask where this charge come from because I don't remember using my card. They said it 's an online order I made by Wu-Yi Tea. I said I didn't order anything. I called up again Living Lean, because that is where I cancelled the membership, I thought. Haha. I just thought because I had to found out the two companies, Wu-Yi and LivingLean, NOT THE SAME COMPANY!!! And LivingLean has nothing to do with Wu-Yi!
So I called Wu-Yi. No answer what so ever! There is not even a person to call. When you call the phone # you got a machine what hell nobody can understand. I go on the web site where a live chat is. They say, just send back the package and they will refund my money back. Fine, I said. Of course they forgot to mention that I will have to pay RESTOCKING FEE!!! On what? That I didn't sign up for? I got refunded $40.70 that I didn't receive yet!
So, so far my tea that not even worked cost me almost $200!!!
This company is Bulls*t; be aware! First they tricked you with a Living Lean membership then when you cancel that, you still have another membership of $54.95/month!!! Of course when you make an order of the tea, it's not clear what a hell you ordering!!!
Do not make business with this company, they will rip you off!!
