Unauthorized charges to credit card

I recieved an e-mail to try this product for a trial basis for only $4.95. I ordered the product and gave my credit info, and authorized them to only charge the $4.95.

This ocurred in the beggining of Jan. And now in the middle of Feb. They sent two more bottles. I did not order this product nor did I ok to be charged $149.00 to my credit card. The company does not have a phone number to call nor do they send an invoice of the charge.
