National Health Care Solution, I didn't even know who these people were or what they provide Needless to say I won't be receveing any Tax Refund

National Health Care Solution I was told I would be receveing a Tax Refund of $2500.00 from the Government, 3weeks later $299.95 was withdrawn from my Bank Account. They ask for your bank account number for security reasons. I didn't even know who these people were or what they provide Needless to say I won't be receveing any Tax Refund.
Please help me to get my money back
