The tea was sent later than the 4-7 days, i received "helpful" emails which i could not even read

To begin the tea did not come in the said allotted time, and it was the worst tasting tea. Just take stale spices from your cupboard and make a tea, it might taste better. Secondly, i was charged the $37 before my 2 week trial was even over. Now i have noticed a charge of $19.95 on my bank account which i never "agreed" to or "confirmed". When you call the 800 number they will tell you that they will not refund the money, however after some strong will i was told as a "courtesy" they will go ahead and refund it. Stay away from anything that has wu-yi on it!!!
