I need to cancel and they will hot answer their phone, if I do not cancel I will be billed for more

I orded a free bottle to try pay S/H only. The paper that came with the bottle said no hassel cancelationby phone only. They do not answer their phone. It also said talk to your doctor and I did and he said I am not to take it. It said that I will be bill for more if I do not cancel. They will not let me cancel. Help!
