The Customer Service dept had some funny way of calculating the 60 days. I ended up calling back and insisted they refund my money. After being on the phone for another 30 min they determined I was indeed correct and I was STILL within my 60 day window and not only do they owe me a refund for the initial order, but for the new order. IF anyone else has this problem, MAKE THIS IDIOTS DO THE MATH!
