Ripoff Owner lacks professionalism & has extremely poor customer relations

This beauty salon stylist gave my mom a bad perm and a bad color that did not cover the grey. After I complained about the long hours and bad service, the owner, called me "an old ". This is the owner! She didnot try to takecare of the problem, she cursed me. This salon sucks! They show no respect or integrity towards me or my mother. I paid $75. $15 she refunded. The money is not the problem, these people should not be dealing with the public providing service-very bad, poor and overall dispictable consumer relations.
