On Dec 23 I received a notice in the office mgr that Forest Area Family Medicine might no further assist me like a individual since I reported about their workplace staff and procedures. I have to visit a Household kind physician to allow them to keep an eye on my aliments and pass-along any results to my Cardiologist. So what can be achieved?
