Vitamins were ordered in Dec. 06. Vitamins were returned within the 30 days for a full refund of 365.55 (Jan 07). Received a letter from them in February (07) stating that they had received the vitamins and that a refund would be processed and credited to our checking account by the next billing cycle. This never happened. I have repeatedly called them (at least 15 times in the last year) and they keep telling me that it's in the hands of the accounting department, they cannot be reached by phone so just sit tight! The last time I called and talked to a supervisor, after explaining the entire situation, the guy puts me on hold and comes back and tells me that they have just newly opened a quality control department and that someone from that department would call me to discuss the problem. This gentleman (named Steven) also stated that he would follow up and make sure the refund happend. I never received a call from either of them. I'm exhausted from trying to call them. The calls alone have been a costly adventure as they put you on hold forever. It has now been one year and they owe me 365.55!
