I ordered the book and paid for it. The company is taking money out of my account. I can't get in touch with anyone when I call to find out what is the charge for

I ordered 2 books of Kevin Trudeau's Weight Loss Cure. Paid for them with my debit card. I now see that the company has billed me for something I don't have. I have tried to contact them concerning the recent transaction, but to no avail, no one answers the phone.
