A man called and said he was going to give me a medicare card at no charge

A man called wanting to give me a medicare card there was a $29.95 processing fee he ask me to give him my checking account # i said no so he just wanted 3 numbers so i gave 3 then i got scared we went Thur the whole process then i called the department of human services they said it was a rip off.
