I prepaid and re-ordered RX on 2/2/07 by telephone to 910-796-9600. At the time I did not have an E-Mail address and this phone number is on my RX container. I was told it would be delivered in 5-7 days. Being a patient person, waited until 2/27/07 to call customer service at 800-209-4671 (number also on empty RX container) to be told it was on back-order. I was given another customer service number 212-913-0266. Greeted by answering machine I left information for call back. Continued to do this on 2/27,3/5,3/12,4/16,4/17,4/18, & 4/30.
Finally, called back the original phone order number @ 910-797-9600 to be told they no longer order meds from this distributor, "SORRY", but recommended I call my bank and request my ($203.99) money back from them. I firmly told them, I had ordered the RX from them not their distributor. It was their responsibility to either fill it with another distributor they did use or refund my money. I paid them not their distributor. They hung up.
I called back to be greeted by a different operator. I requested a supervisor. Explained the entire situation, AGAIN. She gave me the exact same explanation. Frustrated at this point and embarrassed I did not call my bank. Since that time I receive phone calls (almost on a daily basis) with offers of refilling my RX on sale! At first, I would explain what happened. Now, my husband and I have become so annoyed by the constant calls we tell them no one by that name is here or just hang up when a person asks for me in a foreign accent. I would, however, like to get my money back. Is there a way of doing this?
