Actually, the representatives are all over. I called a few times to the ops that take the orders. I reached people in the U.S. And overseas. They cannot do anything about returns or refunds, but it is a live person to talk to. They have no idea that they are taking orders for a dishonest company. Every time I said that I received a 90 day supply, they corrected me or were surprised. I have not yet opened the bottle nor have I been charged. I don't want to recover my money from the bank. I want Cigarrest to be held responsible if I cannot avoid the charges. I am currently wrestling with the non-smoking without any aid and I am grumpy—I am a force to be reckoned with. I'll let you know how my customer service call is received.
