I ordered a FREE bottle of a weight management product called "Hoodia". I got the bottle, paying on my credit card the postage. NO paperwork came with the product. I tried it and didn't like it but felt that it was ok to just "do nothing". Then, a second bottle showed up. My card was charged and I could not reach the Steel Bridge Medical company for a refund! Is that the way to do business? I think not.
