Biolife Plasma Services Inc
Visa debit cards

I am truly upset with BioLife Plasma Services in my area. The branch donation center here in town in located at 406 East Elm Street Springfield, MO 65806. It has been approximately three months since my last donation, which I will mention I had a hard time going back whole heartedly with the new! Biometric scanning. Of course because I am an advocate against the little known privacy invasion these services provide to corporate offices and the government in transmitting secretive medical records. But that is not the issue I came on here to complain about, my main concern is that BioLife Plasma Services, Inc. Is deceiving its customers into accepting this new! Cashless VISA DEBIT CARD. What happens is after you donate you are told to scan your index finger under the light and then these funds are loadable automatically. My problem with this is, that you are not given the complete cash upfront for the donation instead you are given a list of ATMs to visit in your area. All tell you that it is, "FEE FREE, " of course that is a lie. What they don't tell you in the paperwork is that when you go to those "FEE FREE" ATMs they will waive the "first" donation in fees but not the second donation. You will have to pay the bank surcharge to the ATM of $2.50 as said under the Terms & Agreement for cardholders. But what is even more upsetting to me is that I was on a time crunch and I needed $25.00 cash to visit the annual Ozarks Empire Fair. My ride was skeptical about the card because immediately I asked if we could go the "FEE FREE" ATM on the other side of town. Of course he said "NO" because it was an inconvenience for his time and wanted to get to the concert without missing a second of it. So of course I decided to go along with it, and when I was on the outside of the fairgrounds I stopped into a local gas station to pickup cash for the ATM. Low and behold it cost me $2.00 for the fee because it was run by Great Southern Bank of Springfield. I agreed because I needed some cash to get onto the fairgrounds. And also I thought it was a small inconvenience for my efforts. So of course I got the ritualistic $20.00 that BioLife Plasma Services, Inc. States in their paperwork about cash to the ATM. But when I got home later that night, I thought I would check my balance to see how I could get the remaining cash out of the card. No such luck, I went online first, and then called the number to the back of the card. I got a balance reading of $0.50, so immediately I thought that was incorrect because I had $25.00 originally on the card. And $2.00 was taken out for the fee for a $20.00 cash withdrawal. Low and behold I checked it again, same thing. So to make a long story short, I got a hold of the option to check withdrawals to the account (after push "0" several times). Of course there was a $2.50 fee imposed on the card that was charged by the issuing bank, JP Morgan Chase. What a bunch of bull* I was ripped off, I had nothing left after the donation. Only a small amount of $20.50 in total. People would argue to go these "FEE FREE" ATMs but again they are only "free" for the first donation and then $2.50 after that. So I thought this opportunity to make $25.00 ("AS ADVERTISED") was not felt in promise. BioLife Plasma Services, Inc. Steals from its donors who are unaware that they are being ripped off by the largest stockholder to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York City this city has ever known. They are making money off the donors at the expense of their wallets with unjustified fees and surcharges to get cash from the ATM. I advocate that they "NOT" charge fees and return to the original standard of cash money in the drawers there at BioLife Plasma. Because I thoroughly upset with this effort and believe my donation was a waste of time. Join the effort and stop visiting BioLife Plasma Services, Inc. And go to a real donation company in ZLB Plasma Services, Inc. That pays its donors $40.00 per visit where I live (with cash) and uses "0" biometric scanner. You owe it to yourself to receive real money. As a hard money advocate I am strongly opposed to this collusion between BioLife Plasma Services, Inc. And JP Morgan Chase Bank, and wish to restore sound money, of which should be paid with "two" bullion silver dollars and "one" bullion silver quarter dollar in the amount of $25.00 equivalent dollars. But that is my opinion.

I appreciate everyone for reading this complaint!
My hope is for more to come.

Thanks.
