Ripoff unauthorized chg on my credit card

I responded to an ad for a free sample. I had to pay shipping chg of 4.95. I received my sample but 20 days later, a chg was placed on my credit card for 99.61 for merchandise i did not order. Could not contact company. Luckily, the chg did not go through and my credit card fraud protecion agency called me.
